Antique wooden mini cheese mold with hand-carved rosettes
These wooden cheese molds were used in Sweden in the 19th century and early 20th century for pressing fresh cheese and cottage cheese.
What is special is that it is made by hand and is decorated in the bottom with six-pointed sun wheels (rosettes), which left a mark on the cheese.
The mold features traditional pin connections and is a very compact size.
