Primitive Swedish kitchen island

This beautifully composed Swedish furniture / work furniture / kitchen furniture consists of an original wooden table top on an old wooden transport cage from the 18th century.

The wooden transport cage with carriers from the 18th century was used to transport live animals. The table top was also made between 1700 and 1800 and has a beautiful lived-in look.

Very original and primitive-looking piece of furniture to work on in, for example, a kitchen or utility room.
