This unique, round cheese mold is expertly hand-woven from natural tree roots.
The base features a decorative, openwork star pattern centered around the drainage hole, which originally allowed the whey to escape during cheesemaking.
The basket displays a warm, weathered patina and remains in remarkably fine, sturdy condition.
