Antique Swedish wooden plate (nr. 1)
Swedish hand-carved wooden plates are beautiful pieces of craftsmanship and not just everyday objects, but often heirlooms.
The plates often bear the initials of the maker or owner and served as wedding gifts. They were usually made of local hardwoods such as birch, alder, or linden.
